Pork Things

I've been having a bit if a pork cooking festival for the past few days.
Here is a sample of the fruits if my labours.
Gala pie with crackling/scratchings and a bonus side of confit pork belly.



I'm pretty sure that I can do better pie next time, so I'm enlisting as much help as I can to finish this one so that I can try again :-)
