Teatime

Roasted mini wild boar loin joint with miso fried cabbage and crispy roasted brassicae.
Husband also had mash.
Looks a bit messy, but was actually delicious.



We drank a slightly chilled Morgon (Jean Foillard) Beaujolais from 2009.
Delicious.
